This years Star Wars character Salvation Army Bell Ringing has been scheduled for Dec. 10th  from 4:30-7:00pm at Hastings Walmart.  Each year Star Wars themed characters ring bells and take pics with the kids.  Bring your cameras and help us raise donations for the less fortunate.See More

Meet Star Wars charcters at the Hastings Walmart this Saturday !!! A local Star Wars fan club will be ringing the Salvation Army bells Saturday the 11th from 10:30 am to 12:30pm.Drop by and take pictures with charaters from the Star Wars movies! Bring your camera and your kids for this annual Christmas event. We will be located at the doors near the produce section of the store.Last years bell ringing was a success. We are looking for local buisness owners to purchase sponsorship for this years Charity Con. Charity Con is a Star Wars convention created to raise money for local charities. This year we are not charging admission for attending the convention.Instead, we are asking for the donation of a canned or boxed food item. Just wanted you all to know about an exciting charity event coming to Hastings. On May 21st we will be having the very first Star Wars convention in Hastings ! The name of the event is Charity Con. We have so much to offer you at Charity Con this year. For starters, 7 Star Wars actors and professionals have donated autographed items for our auction. The auction will be held at our event, and the proceeds will go directly to Hastings Family…
